Immerse yourself in the Spanish language and culture while exploring our local green spaces in Marin (only) at our fully outdoor Spanish Forest School Camp for

ages 3-5.

Children will learn to speak Spanish through games, songs, and stories, all in the great outdoors. Campers will enjoy learning in nature at a nearby park or green space. This camp is perfect for all levels of Spanish learners.

Refund Policy

You may cancel your camp registration up to two weeks before your session starts for a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee. This applies to all cancellations, including camp fees, shuttle bus reservations, and aftercare programs. After that deadline, unfortunately, the full camp fee is non-refundable.

Spanish Forest School (Marin location only)

*Please note that session 1 (June 16-27) and session 2 (June 30 - July 11) are priced at $1,350, considering the camp's closure on June 19th for the Juneteenth state and federal holiday and July 4th. Session 5 is priced at $750, based on the session duration of 1 week.

Shuttle 

A daily shuttle bus is available for both SF and Marin camps for:

San Francisco: For SF Camps, you can drop off and pick up your child from one of our shuttle locations around the city. Earth Ed campers can also opt for a shuttle only from Terra SF School to the outdoor location of the day and back to Terra SF School. $17/ride $85/week each way or $15/ride $150/week roundtrip.

Marin: Drop off and pick up your child from one of our four shuttle locations for the Marin Earth Discovery camp. Earth Ed campers can also pay for a shuttle from Terra Marin School to the outdoor location of the day, and back to Terra Marin School. $17/ride $85/week each way or $15/ride $150/week roundtrip.

Note: Aftercare is not available yet for Marin camps (TBD).​

  • 7:25 AM - 8:40 AM Shuttle takers drop off your child at one of our Marin shuttle stops

  • 11:40 AM - 12:00 PM - Lunch time & story time (Lunch not provided)

  • 2:00 PM - Pickup at the location of the day for non shuttle takers or leave on school shuttle. 

  • 2:15 - 3:15 PM - Pick up your child at one of our shuttle locations in Marin for shuttle takers.

WHERE WILL MY CHILD BE?

Campers study and explore one location each week. Exact location information for camp and shuttle services will be received after registration. Locations can be viewed below.

Children will be taught to walk safely in a line, holding onto a rope or holding hands with a partner as appropriate. They will be in a line where there will be one camp counselor at the front and one and the back. Those who cannot hold onto the rope will hold hands with camp counselors.

Naps

Campers ages 3-5 participating in rest time will be napping right next to the pickup spot, not farther away than five minutes.

 

*Please note: All campers must bring an outdoor sleeping bag for nap time.

Potty-Training Requirement:  Children must be potty-trained to attend. Pull-ups are allowed only during nap time. If a child arrives in a diaper on the first day, they will be sent home, and their registration will be canceled.
